Scheduled start for Tully I-81 bridges over Route 80 is August 20th. Groundwork starts then. This fall they will construct a crossover between the two bridges and set up all traffic control signage and infrastructure. Next spring actual construction of bridges will take place. Traffic will move to I-81 South bridge while North bridge is constructed. When that's finished they'll swap and South bridge will be constructed
