County funded programs for maintaining and improving housing April 06, 2017 The Community Development Division has several different programs designed to improve to aid our residents in maintaining and improving housing conditions for low and moderate income residents. Lead hazard reduction program. Ramp program for accessibility improvements. Shape-Up program--grants for necessary repairs. Homeownership program subsidizes first-time home buyers.
